Funded Children

All 3 to 4-year-olds in England are entitled to up to 15 hours per week of funded childcare for 38 weeks of the year.

When you can start claiming

The date you can start claiming depends on your child’s birthday.

                       

 

 

 

Some 2-year-olds are also eligible for achieving 2 year old funding or the new 2 year old funding for working families. That was brought in from April 24.

With your permission we can check if you are eligible - Please contact Kayleigh (Monday -Friday)  with the following information to hand;

  • Child's name

  • Child's date of birth

  • Address child resides

  • Parent/carer name

  • Parent/carer national insurance number 

  • Parent/carer date of birth

  • Applicant's relationship to child

  • Address of parent/carer applicant

 

You may be eligible to claim 30 hours of funding for 3 and 4 year old children. Further information can be found on the .gov Childcare Choices.

Hourly Rate 

 

From 1st April 2024 our hourly rates for non-funded hours will be

  • £6.15  for 2 year olds (up to the end of the term of their 3rd birthday)  

  • £5.90 for 3/4 year old children (from the start of the term after their 3rd birthday).

Employer Childcare Voucher schemes

We accept all employer voucher schemes

Tax-Free Childcare

For every £8 you pay in, the government will add an extra £2, up to £2,000 per child, per year. For working families, including self employed, in the UK with children under 12 (or under 17 if disabled). To check eligibility and apply visit .gov Childcare Choices.
